무명용사 키우기 이용약관

제1조 목적 이 약관은 주식회사 리턴픽셀(이하 「회사」)이 제공하는 모바일 게임 「무명용사 키우기」와 관련 서비스의 이용 조건과 절차를 정합니다.

제2조 약관의 효력과 변경 이 약관은 게임 첫 실행 때 동의하면 효력이 생깁니다. 회사가 약관을 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전) 게임 공지와 이 글로 알립니다.

제4조 계정 이용자는 Google·Apple 계정 또는 게스트로 로그인합니다. 게스트 계정은 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 지우면 복구할 수 없을 수 있습니다. 계정 정보 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

제5조 유료 상품

  1. 다이아(유료 재화)와 상품은 Google Play·App Store 결제로 구매합니다. 유료로 얻은 재화와 무료로 얻은 재화는 구분해 표시합니다.
  2. 청약 철회: 유료 콘텐츠는 구매일 또는 이용 가능일로부터 7일 이내에 청약 철회(결제 취소)를 신청할 수 있습니다. 다만 이미 사용했거나 즉시 적용되는 콘텐츠, 여는 순간 가치가 정해지는 상자·패키지, 무료로 받은 재화·콘텐츠는 철회가 제한되며, 이 사실을 구매 화면에 미리 표시합니다. 앱 마켓 결제는 각 마켓의 환불 규정을 따릅니다. 정당한 사유 없는 환불·결제 취소는 지급한 아이템 회수와 이용 정지 대상이 될 수 있습니다.
  3. 미성년자 결제 취소: 미성년자인 회원이 법정대리인의 동의 없이 유료 결제를 한 경우 본인 또는 법정대리인이 취소할 수 있습니다. 다만 법정대리인이 쓰도록 허락한 범위의 재산으로 결제했거나, 성년자로 믿게 하려고 속임수를 쓴 경우에는 취소가 제한될 수 있습니다.
  4. 확률형 아이템: 소환 등 확률형 아이템의 종류·확률·변경 이력은 게임 안 「확률 보기」와 https://returnpixel.com/5에 공개합니다. 확률을 바꿀 때는 미리 알립니다.
  5. 기간제 상품과 광고 제거의 범위는 구매 화면의 안내를 따릅니다.

제6조 광고 게임에는 광고가 있습니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 고를 때만 재생됩니다.

제7조 금지 행위와 이용 제한 비정상 프로그램 사용, 버그 악용, 계정 거래, 타인 정보 도용, 운영 방해를 금지합니다. 위반하면 이용을 제한하고 부당하게 얻은 이익을 회수할 수 있습니다. 회원은 이용 제한 통지를 받은 날부터 14일 이내에 이의를 신청할 수 있고, 회사는 이의를 받은 날부터 15일 이내에 답합니다.

제8조 서비스 변경과 종료 운영상 필요하면 콘텐츠를 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 계획된 점검은 미리 알리고, 긴급 점검은 사후에 알릴 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 종료일 30일 전까지 종료일·사유·환불 조건을 알리고, 법령에 따라 사용하지 않은 유료 재화를 처리합니다.

제9조 계정 삭제 게임 안 「설정 → 계정 삭제」 또는 웹 탈퇴 페이지 https://storage.thebackend.io/1ea3f14d34e89530ea88b3245bc82dc17d5f52ce1554049f19fce9219a847cfce18bb8891a9dfb9fb761bdb9a3edd0db64c5513c1e8600afce090ca6bc82a5bc113e3e7a253fd71de4997944d6/withdraw/ko/index.html에서 신청합니다. 7일 유예 뒤 게임 데이터와 남은 재화가 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

제10조 책임 제한 천재지변, 이용자의 귀책 사유, 무료로 제공한 서비스 등 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 회사의 책임을 제한합니다.

제11조 분쟁 해결 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 관할 법원은 민사소송법에 따릅니다. 이용자는 콘텐츠분쟁조정위원회에 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.

부칙: 이 약관은 2026-10-28부터 시행합니다.

Nameless Hero Terms of Service

  1. Scope: These terms govern your use of the mobile game "Nameless Hero" and related services provided by Return Pixel Inc. ("we").
  2. Acceptance and changes: You accept these terms on first launch. We announce changes in the Game and in this post at least 7 days in advance (30 days if unfavorable to you).

  4. Accounts: Sign in with Google, Apple, or as a guest. A guest account may not be recoverable after changing devices or deleting the app.
  5. Paid items: Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, and paid and free currency are shown separately. Paid content may be withdrawn within 7 days of the purchase date or the date it becomes available, except content already used or applied, boxes or packages whose value is set when opened, and free currency or content; this is shown on the purchase screen. App-store purchases follow each store's refund rules, and unjustified refunds may lead to item recovery and suspension. Purchases by minors without guardian consent may be cancelled, except spending the guardian allowed or where the minor misrepresented their age. Rates and change history of random items are shown under "View rates" in the Game and at https://returnpixel.com/5; rate changes are announced in advance.
  6. Ads: The Game contains ads. Rewarded ads play only when you choose them.
  7. Prohibited conduct: Cheating tools, exploiting bugs, account trading, impersonation and disrupting the service are prohibited and may lead to restrictions and recovery of unfair gains. You may appeal a restriction within 14 days of notice; we reply within 15 days.
  8. Changes and termination: We may change or end content. If the service ends, we announce the end date, reason and refund terms at least 30 days in advance and handle unused paid currency as required by law.
  9. Account deletion: Settings → Delete Account in the Game, or the web deletion page https://storage.thebackend.io/1ea3f14d34e89530ea88b3245bc82dc17d5f52ce1554049f19fce9219a847cfce18bb8891a9dfb9fb761bdb9a3edd0db64c5513c1e8600afce090ca6bc82a5bc113e3e7a253fd71de4997944d6/withdraw/en/index.html. After a 7-day grace period your game data and remaining currency are deleted permanently.
  10. Liability and governing law: Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
