자주 묻는 질문
- 기기를 바꿨어요. Google·Apple로 로그인했다면 새 기기에서 같은 계정으로 로그인하면 이어집니다. 게스트 계정은 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 지우면 복구할 수 없을 수 있으니, 처음 로그인할 때 Google·Apple 로그인을 권합니다.
- 쿠폰은 어디서 넣나요? 게임 안 설정의 쿠폰 입력 칸에 넣습니다. 쿠폰 번호는 라운지 공지로 알려 드립니다.
- 광고를 끝까지 봤는데 보상이 없어요. 게임을 다시 시작해도 들어오지 않으면 닉네임과 시각을 적어 메일로 알려 주세요.
계정 삭제
- 게임 안에서: 게임 실행 → 설정 → 계정 삭제 → 확인. 삭제를 요청하면 7일 유예가 있고, 그 뒤 계정과 게임 데이터가 지워집니다. 유예 기간 안에 다시 로그인하면 삭제가 취소될 수 있습니다.
- 게임에 들어갈 수 없을 때(Google 로그인 계정): 웹 탈퇴 페이지 https://storage.thebackend.io/1ea3f14d34e89530ea88b3245bc82dc17d5f52ce1554049f19fce9219a847cfce18bb8891a9dfb9fb761bdb9a3edd0db64c5513c1e8600afce090ca6bc82a5bc113e3e7a253fd71de4997944d6/withdraw/ko/index.html에서 같은 Google 계정으로 로그인해 삭제를 신청합니다.
- 게스트·Apple 로그인 계정이라 웹으로 로그인할 수 없을 때: cs2@returnpixel.com으로 「[무명용사 키우기] 계정 삭제 요청」 제목과 닉네임·기기 모델·처음 시작한 날(대략)을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 뒤 처리하고 메일로 알려 드립니다.
- 지워지는 것: 계정 식별자, 닉네임, 게임 진행·아이템·재화(유료 재화 포함), 이용 기록.
- 남는 것(법령 보관): 결제·청약 철회 기록 5년, 소비자 불만 기록 3년, 접속 기록 3개월. 보관 기간이 끝나면 지웁니다.
- 삭제된 계정은 되돌릴 수 없고, 남은 유료 재화는 환불되지 않습니다. 사용하지 않은 상품의 청약 철회는 삭제 전에 요청하세요.

FAQ
- I changed devices. If you signed in with Google or Apple, sign in with the same account on the new device. A guest account may not be recoverable after changing devices or deleting the app, so we recommend signing in with Google or Apple from the start.
- Where do I enter a coupon? In the coupon field in the Game's Settings. Coupon codes are posted on the Lounge.
- I watched an ad to the end but got no reward. If it still doesn't arrive after restarting the Game, email us your nickname and the time.
Account deletion
- In the Game: Open the Game → Settings → Delete Account → Confirm. There is a 7-day grace period, after which your account and game data are deleted. Signing in again during the grace period may cancel the deletion.
- If you can't open the Game (Google account): Sign in with the same Google account on the web deletion page https://storage.thebackend.io/1ea3f14d34e89530ea88b3245bc82dc17d5f52ce1554049f19fce9219a847cfce18bb8891a9dfb9fb761bdb9a3edd0db64c5513c1e8600afce090ca6bc82a5bc113e3e7a253fd71de4997944d6/withdraw/en/index.html and request deletion.
- Guest or Apple accounts: Email cs2@returnpixel.com with the subject "[Nameless Hero] Account deletion request" and your nickname, device model and roughly when you started playing. We will verify ownership, process the request and reply by email.
- Deleted: account ID, nickname, progress, items, currency (including paid currency), play records.
- Kept as required by law: payment and withdrawal records (5 years), complaint records (3 years), log-in records (3 months), deleted afterwards.
- Deletion cannot be undone, and remaining paid currency is not refunded. Request withdrawal of unused purchases before deleting.
