무명용사 키우기 개인정보 처리방침
주식회사 리턴픽셀(이하 「회사」)은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키며, 모바일 게임 「무명용사 키우기」(이하 「게임」) 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
제1조 처리하는 개인정보 항목과 수집 방법

- iOS 버전은 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 요청하지 않습니다.
- 결제 수단 정보(카드 번호 등)는 Google·Apple이 처리하며 회사는 받지 않습니다.
- 게임은 위치 권한을 쓰지 않습니다. 광고 서비스가 접속 IP로 대략적인 지역을 추정할 수 있습니다.
제2조 보유·이용 기간
개인정보는 처리 목적이 이루어지면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제)를 요청하면 7일 유예 뒤 모두 삭제하며, 유예 기간 안에 다시 로그인하면 삭제가 취소될 수 있습니다. 다만 관계 법령에 따라 다음 정보는 정해진 기간 동안 보관합니다.

- 이전 일시·방법: 앱 사용 중 네트워크로 수시 전송합니다. 보유·이용 기간: 회원 탈퇴 또는 처리 목적 달성 때까지(법령에 따른 보관은 제2조, Crashlytics 충돌 기록은 90일).
- 결제는 이용자가 Google Play·App Store와 직접 하며, 회사는 영수증만 받습니다.
- 이용자는 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 거부하면 광고 보상·오류 수정 등 일부 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
제4조 개인정보 파기
보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적이 이루어지면 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 지체 없이 파기합니다.
제5조 이용자 및 법정대리인의 권리

제6조 만 14세 미만 아동
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집·이용 또는 제공하는 경우 반드시 법정대리인의 동의를 받습니다.
제7조 자동 수집 장치와 광고 식별자
게임 앱은 웹 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 광고 서비스가 광고 표시·측정을 위해 기기 식별자를 쓸 수 있습니다. Android는 「설정 → Google → 광고」에서 광고 식별자를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. iOS 버전은 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 요청하지 않습니다.
제8조 안전성 확보 조치
전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 접근 권한 관리, 접속 기록 보관을 시행합니다.

제10조 변경 고지
이 방침을 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전) 게임 공지와 이 글로 알립니다.

Nameless Hero Privacy Policy
Return Pixel Inc. ("we") processes the personal information of players of the mobile game "Nameless Hero" ("the Game") as follows.
1. Information we collect

- The iOS version does not request the IDFA.
- Payment card details are handled by Google or Apple; we never receive them.
- The Game does not use location permission. Ad services may estimate your general region from your IP address.
2. Retention
When you delete your account, we delete your information after a 7-day grace period (signing in again during the grace period may cancel the deletion), except records we must keep under Korean law: contract/withdrawal and payment/delivery records (5 years), complaint and electronic financial transaction records (3 years), advertising and identity-verification records (6 months), service logs (3 months).

Data is sent over the network while you use the app and kept until you delete your account or the purpose is fulfilled. Payments are made directly with Google Play or the App Store; we only receive receipts. You may refuse international transfer, but some features such as ad rewards and error fixing may then be limited.
4. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop processing, via Settings → Delete Account in the Game, the web deletion page https://storage.thebackend.io/1ea3f14d34e89530ea88b3245bc82dc17d5f52ce1554049f19fce9219a847cfce18bb8891a9dfb9fb761bdb9a3edd0db64c5513c1e8600afce090ca6bc82a5bc113e3e7a253fd71de4997944d6/withdraw/en/index.html, or cs2@returnpixel.com.
5. Children
We obtain consent from a legal guardian before collecting, using or providing personal information of children under 14. Guardians may exercise the child's rights after identity verification.
6. Advertising ID
On Android you can reset or delete it in Settings → Google → Ads. The iOS version does not request the IDFA.
7. Security
Encrypted transfer (HTTPS), access control and log retention.
